OuiSpeak Cancellation Policy

Free Trial Period

All new OuiSpeak members are eligible for a 14-day free trial. During this trial period, you will have full access to all OuiSpeak features, including connecting with other French learners and natives, downloading monthly eBooks, receiving newsletters, participating in games, and joining competitions.

Subscription Plans

After the 14-day free trial, your credit card will be charged as follows:

• Monthly Plan: 4.99 euros per month.
• 6-Month Plan: 24.99 euros every six months (a discount from $29.99).
• 12-Month Plan: 49.99 every year euros (a discount from $59.99).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to offer our users the flexibility to manage their subscriptions. Here’s how you can cancel your OuiSpeak subscription:

1. Monthly Plan:

   • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
   • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
   • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

2. 6-Month and 12-Month Plans:

   • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
   • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period (6 or 12 months).
   • No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current subscription.

How to Cancel

To cancel your OuiSpeak subscription:

1. Log in to your OuiSpeak account.
2. Navigate to the “Account Settings” section.
3. Click on “Subscription.”
4. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Once you cancel, you will continue to have access to OuiSpeak until the end of your current billing period, whether it’s the end of the month or the end of the 6- or 12-month period you have paid for.
